About this Initiative
Igor Martins started this community while looking for other creative leaders working with social and environmental impact. At first, it was a way to find clients and partners for his own creative studio, UP Studio, but he soon realized there was a bigger purpose: to connect people using creativity to make a difference through their businesses, brands, and ideas.
We have four types of professionals here:
- Marketing and Branding decision-makers,
- Agency Founders and Directors,
- Creative Studio Founders and Directors,
- Solopreneurs.
Each one depends on the others—like an ecosystem, this community thrives when everyone is connected and sharing resources. That’s why our focus is on building a strong network, both personally and professionally.
